Computer completly hijacked, cant install drivers, accounts stolen, etc

H, i think my pc has been infected with a malware bootkit and i cant get rid of it.

my sistem devices are all wrongly identified and i cant add new drivers or change them at all.

account info has been stolen, .net refuses to install properly  and several other problems.

AMB and other tools dont detect any wrong files.

i have "clean installed win" more times than i can think off, but the problem persists.

at this point i would like to completly format my drives and clean start from scratch.

Ive ran the farbar tool as requested.
