Hello BC Members!

I'm very excited to write to you today about the relase of the new Malwarebytes Anti-Ransomware Beta! MBARW is a brand new Anti-Ransomware application by Malwarebytes that employs never before used tatics to detect and stop Ransomware before it destorys your files. MBARW is the evolution from CryptoMonitor from EasySync Solutions, which was created by myself. Malwarebytes accuired EasySync Solutions, and hired me to come work on their Anti-Ransomware team where MBARW was made. The application has evolved into a complete revolutionary application in the fight against Ransomware and is way ahead of where we left off with CryptoMonitor in terms of development.

We hope that you will join us for our first beta of this new exciting application and give us any comments, feedback, or bug reports you may find. Of course I will always be here to answer your questions also!

Hi Nathan - congrats first of all. For those of us who bought a CM license, will this carry through to MBARW?

Congrats Nathan! Malwarebytes has been (smartly) acquiring some great talent lately. Just adding more and more to a great software suite. :)

Congratulations! Nathan.

Now you are Team leader?

If i using Cryptomonitor and MBARW both on one computer.

Then is there any possible to interrupting each other?

Will you upgrade Cryptomonitor consistently or Cryptomonitor project is over?

Why are you still using CryptoMonitor? Malwarebytes Anti-Ransomware IS CryptoMonitor.

It seems that Malwarebytes is in a full "YOU CAN'T STOP US, THERE'S NO GOING BACK" mode right now :P Adding Nathan to their team and the release of Malwarebytes Anti-Ransomware Beta is another proof of that. Now later this year I guess we'll see the integration of JRT in Malwarebytes Anti-Malware as well.

Thanks ;) and yes I am project manager of anti ransomware. As for CM, I would uninstall it if you are going to use mbarw. And sadly updates to CM have stopped.

Btw MBARW can run on Windows XP sometimes it seems, it's just not supported
