Lots of BSODs are mostly SYSTEM SERVICE EXCEPTION and other problems

Hello, I have been getting a lot of errors popping up for a while now.

Here are the specifications of my computer

Windows 11pro

Processor: Intel Core i7-13700KF, 5101 MHz (51 x 100)

Motherboard: Asus ROG Strix Z690-A Gaming WiFi D4

RAM Mushkin MLX4C320EJJP32G 2x 32 GB RAM DDR4-2666 (1333 MHz) BOTHAIDA and speccy do not show SPD modules

Power supply: be quiet! Computer power supply BN312 Dark Power PRO 12 1500W titanium

Creative Sound Blaster x G6 external music card

and Cannon laser printer and Xbox controller

It started with the message incorrect DisplayPort version 1.2 something was there and with that no signal. Then came the game crashes, which thanks to another forum I solved by using the Intel Extreme Tuning tool and reducing the performance factor of the cores from x54 to x51.

Some time after games crashed (min. survivor of Jedi, Dead Island 2) blue death screens appeared. After a longer period of time as a culmination of this additionally the problem of frequent crashes of web browsers appeared

Below is a screenshot of some of the blue screens, unfortunately some because CCleaner removed the memory dump images

This third error page error in an area other than the page in the screenshot from the top does not occur when I use the Intel ETU software and feed on the x51. Unfortunately due to my board as I have seen on many forums it is not possible to set watchdogs. But other errors are a problem. I am constantly experiencing plugin crashes in browsers. Browsers crash frequently, so removing and reinstalling them doesn't help.

I have removed the graphics drivers in fallback mode using NVIDIA DDU, and also using the Dism, Sfc and CHKDSK command lines and memtest86. Similarly, the crystaldiskinfo program shows that everything is fine with the smart.

Also, using the VPN and even without it, my internet was frequently disappearing.

In the attachments I have uploaded the entries of the three programs DxDiag, Msinfo and two generated entries from FRST

NOTE : Please change your system Language Settings to English before Submitting any Reports. Make sure are in English, Thanks.

- Remove : CCleaner it is not a useful tool when it can delete drivers and registry entries that you need.

Hi, did you do this as if you did not have intel installed you possibly did not have the other drivers installed :

A perfect clean install of Windows 11 is to install it.   install for 10/11 https://pureinfotech.com/clean-install-windows-11/

Then Activate it From Settings-->System-->Activate

Disconnect from the Internet.

From saved Motherboard Drivers : https://rog.asus.com/motherboards/rog-strix/rog-strix-z690-a-gaming-wifi-d4-model/helpdesk/  Install Chipset then SATA Drivers and lots of reboots for all followed by the lesser drivers.

Turn off ASUS Fast Boot in BIOS for the same reasons as below :
Turn off MS Fast Start : https://www.windowscentral.com/how-disable-windows-10-fast-startup /11 and WHY !!!

Turn off MS Driver Updates as best can for Win Home : https://www.windowscentral.com/how-disable-automatic-driver-updates-windows-10 /11  Never ever for Video Card.

If a Driver sneaks in : https://www.windowscentral.com/how-roll-back-device-driver-windows-10 /11

Then install your other stuff.

Connect back to the internet.

- No BIOS information.

- Can not find on the site your ram : Mushkin MLX4C320EJJP32G

- This is far beyond anything you will ever use : 1500W PC power supply titanium

I have the latest bios from 2024.

Installing Windows cleanly at the moment is impossible for me because of the software I use for work which requires complex activation and configuration over the internet with a server.

When replying please look at what was said and answer.  Pulling teeth is not in the Volunteer Description.

- So waiting for your SysnativeCollection.zip Report in English (as this is a English Forum) & your Speccy URL.

with actual Dump Files minimum of 3 for a good analysis so that the STACK can be read by the BSOD Kernel Expert

- Answers to installing.  Did you do what was mentioned installing your Chipset and SATA drivers as well as the rest from your M/B Support Page ?

- Have you turned off ASUS Fast Boot in BIOS  ?

- Have you turned off MS Fast Start ?

- Ram as the Model info is not found on Munckin Website ?    As well is it on the M/B Support Page : CPU / Memory  ??

- Remove : CCleaner

I cannot upload this report. When I try to upload it, I get the message

Error This file was too big to upload

I have disabled fast boot in the BIOS

Although it skipped the service report, autostart and trace

Please upload the Sysnative Collection zip to a reputable file share and leave permission to download.

As well in the Posting Instructions have not yet got your Speccy Report : Please Post a "link" of Speccy Report.
Please install Speccy Free : https://m.majorgeeks.com/files/details/speccy.html
Use Custom Install
At the Top Left Corner of Speccy --> Click File and then Click Publish Snapshot Report, a window will popup and Click YES. --> Another popup will appear and then Click "Copy To Clipboard" then Paste that "link" to your next reply in your thread.

EDIT :  NOTE : your Mushkin MLX4C320EJJP32G = 64Gig  3200GHz  is not on the Motherboards Supported list.    Nor is your BN312 Dark Power PRO 12 1500W titanium  Power Supply.

As well your : Creative Sound Blaster x G6 is not listed though there is one listed : SB AUDIGY FX

You have not supplied anything to work with so no idea about SSD/HDD compatible.

My computer is a self-made computer. I have given a snapshot of the speccy

Unfortunately there is very little information there. I changed the format to 7zip and changed the extension to zip, and it went. The file was previously 21 MB

Just when I left the house and came back and the rendering was in progress I accused the blue screen of death. System service expectation. These changes did not help.

(self made, see my signature : my ROG Rampage and ROG Maximus Extreme, laptop no.)

Will say so.........   Self Built means what ??    Already knew it was self built as you used wrong parts for the build.

Partspicker.com will not allow me to choose Mushkin ram as they are all incompatible to the board as  well as not being on the Boards compatibility list.

NOTE : OP Failed to change language in system and everything is in Polish.

You are running BIOS Version : 3302      Current Version : 3401     Date : 2024/03/22

New Chipset : 2024/03/21  is this installed ??  As well as anything else you may have missed  ??

DxDiagx86 === No Data Reported in +++ WER0 +++:  Note : file possibly edited .  Never seen this not have info before.

HOSTS  === Running : antipopads by Ador   : which has also replaced standard entries.

Mushkin MLX4C320EJJP32G Ram being throttled to 2666MHz : possibly due to incompatibility and advanced features on the ram.

MSInfo32 ===  Having to translate data : Date 21.04.2024 03:13       Faulting application path: C:\Program Files (x86)\EaseUS\ENS\ensserver.exe
Faulting module path: C:\WINDOWS\System32\ucrtbase

- Uninstall : EaseUS

NOTE : seems Windows Defender is running as per below this makes 3 A/V programs running at the same time.  With no translation as requested and NO Speccy Link

is hard to figure out

- Uninstall : 21.04.2024 01:30 - Spybot - Search & Destroy error at Kernel. (NOTE is a full blown A/V program, can not run 2 at same time, glorified cookie deleter IMHO)

- NOTE : NortonSecurity.exe caused a issue. It is also Norton Security which is now Norton 360, is previous stuff.

- sppsvc.exe : Microsoft Software Protection Platform Service process, represented by sppsvc.exe, is an essential component of Windows operating systems. It ensures the authenticity and legality of your Windows installation by managing product activation, licensing, and validation processes.

Would seem possibly not Activated.

Let's be practical here and say you need to Uninstall with Geek or Revo Uninstallers all unneeded programs.  Remove all Security Programs and let Windows Defender take over as per previous comments.

If wanting to see hidden Interface for Defender : install : https://www.majorgeeks.com/files/details/configuredefender.html

If wanting interface for Defender Firewall : review, link on page to WFC software : https://www.makeuseof.com/windows-firewall-control-guide/

Not going further, to much data to translate.  Not following instructions.  NOTE : The BSOD Kernel Dump Expert @ubuysa   Will need to look at Dumps and Stack if chooses to In Post # 1.

I didn't edit anything 3 tests skipped

I gave speccy to file DESKTOP-M204U8U.txt

I just gave in speccy export to txt

All I did was extract the contents of the zip file and zipped it to 7 zip, but your forum wouldn't accept that format so I changed the extension to zip. If you preview the file, even if it's total Commander you'll see it. Dx diag I can give separately as I gave earlier.

I'm using Norton 360 which is legal, I don't know what about windows is also legal maybe it's a virus I'll talk to tech support.

I'll put down what you write, but it seems to me that this bug is more serious. I installed Spybot relatively recently. I wouldn't want to unnecessarily reset the system to factory defaults with the files preserved if it turns out that these bugs have a lure in faulty hardware.  Recently, even my favourite free program for complete application removal Uninstallr running in portable mode has been throwing access violations with address errors to kernel32.dll.

As for the hardware, this memory cost me as much as the motherboard. New BSOD SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION FLTMGR.SYS and rql_not_less_or_equal failed:ntoskrnl.exe

When the Speccy File is in txt it does not look the same as what a URL produces.  It is much more difficult to read.  When not in English next to impossible. Stopped trying.  Much more to cover in the Report but as a Volunteer not going to waste time when it was clearly asked and pointed out that this a English Forum.

The lack of following instructions may very well be that your problems do not get fixed.

Lack of uninstalling Spybot and any other software asked to be uninstalled will be your issues that will remain a problem and possibly never fixed until you follow directions.

Running 3 A/V at the same time is a large part of the problem.   As well as all the unknown that (I personally) will not look at in supplied info that is in Polish.

Running all the unsupported and incorrect hardware will also be a problem.   Buying new ram that is on the ASUS compatibility page is not out of the question to solve your issue/s.  Does not matter how much the Ram cost.  (price is me paying 450.00 for a M/B in 2008 and 2012 but correct ram and other parts as they still run today and game on them).

It is a matter of if remove them and use proper supported ram will that fix the issue.  This is not at all uncommon to have to do so.

You may go kicking and screaming about it and this will get to 4 - 5 pages or more before you do so.

Will have to see what The BSOD Kernel Dump Expert @ubuysa says after review of the Dump Files late my time PDT.    Is on same side of the world as your but no idea of time.

It is not us telling you what to do.  It is the Computer telling you what to do.  We only speak for it and lay the info out in terms that you understand and ask for tests or software install/removals.

The computer tells us from the information that is supplied what to tell you.     Not so much by you at all.  Again will have to see what the Dump Files tell us.

As well you have not reported running Memtest86 to test your ram for faults after all the BSODs as that may have damaged them.

I have never requested a DxDiag file yet.  It is in the Dump files that the rest of your problems will be found.

I have deleted these programmes
