Multiple issues in event viewer + laptop freezing regularly

Also I noticed the freezing do not happen if I start the laptop in safemode.

That usually means it is hardware related.

 

Is this got to do with a BSOD ?  Or Malware ??

No I have no BSOD. I doubt it is hardware related because the first computer doing that was sent under warranty, exchanged and once I reinstalled my setup, the issues came back. The second laptop was another brand and got same issues after some time as well.

Common thing would be your WIFI. 

 

Please Change Power Scheme from : Active power scheme: High performance to Balanced as this is a form of overclocking.

While thinking about that as will be in the same place below....In BIOS turn off anything that Speeds Up the Boot :  example ASUS Fast Boot for the same reasons as Below :

Download Minitoolbox from the below link :

  Run the tool and only select the following tick boxes.
    -List last 10 Event viewer errors
    -List installed programs
    -List devices
    -List users, partition and memory size
Now click "Go" and Copy/Paste and post the output text in your next reply

A clean install of Windows involves deleting the System Partition the UEFI Partition and formatting C:

 

It then involves installing Windows and disconnecting from the internet and installing your all ready Downloaded Chipset Drivers, SATA, Intel then the Video and the lesser Drivers.

It means not taking Video Drivers from Windows Update and other drivers if you have no issues.

 

You have multiple stuff for Windows that is not needed. Windows SDK for Windows Store Apps , vs_  junk, Universal CRT,

 

I would suggest since you are running a Insider Preview Build that you take your issue to the Appropriate Windows forum which may include all sites listed above .

 

The gatherer  0x%08x (0x80040d23   possibly should be removed.  Noticed in Malware Forums.

& uninstall Microsoft.Sara.exe as per above

I am not planning to format my laptop, I have too many things in it that take weeks to reinstall with the correct environment and I am afraid to lose data. In addition, I do not think it would solve the issue as I got this issue with all the laptops I bought recently. I have old laptops I bought in the past which work perfectly. Strangely, that is only an issue from the new laptops I bought in US, on the opposite of the old laptops I bought in Europe.

 

Indeed, the reference was incomplete and the full reference is MSI TITAN GT77HX 13VI-042US.

I do not know how to remove the vs_junk, universal CRT etc... app.

 

The insider preview is not the problem here: I installed the insider preview one week ago, thinking it could solve the problem. With the insider preview, nothing is worst nor better, it had no impact.

I will move to the BSOD forum as per your suggestion.

This data should be looked at regardless of no Blue Screen.

As you report all 4 computers are having issue.     The common between them would be WIFI as well it still could be a Possible Driver issue which seems a little strange across 4 systems and BSOD report may prove useful for finding the Driver for that.

Not the 4 laptops are having issues. The 2 old ones are ok. The 2 new ones are having issues

So possible Driver if updated at same time.   Possible Malware.

 

Do the BSOD Sysnative Collection and @ubuysa BSOD Kernel Expert will see if a possible driver is identified as your issue.   After his report then can decide what is the next step.

The insider preview is not the problem here:

 

 

Hopefully the drivers being correctly installed will resolve the issue but the above doesn't matter if it is or it isn`t, you are running a beta version of Windows which has its own issue/s, volunteers run the preview and when something goes wrong a report gets sent back to Microsoft and they then go about correcting their buggy software, you are effectively trying to fix an unknown issue when running software that has known but as of yet unidentified issue/s of its own.

A valuable but hard lesson to learn, Windows should always be installed on either its own drive or on a separate partition on a larger drive, this reduces the amount of free space that is required to be kept available, it makes creating a regular back a whole lot easier + you don`t lose your data if you need to clean install Windows and the system drivers.
