Random restarts but no BSOD (windows 10)

Hello all! Im new to the forum nice to meet you.
 
I've sent my PC to the technician twice already to no avail, so my only hope is to trust the omnipotent internet wisdom now :)
 
My PC is mostly new, (<1 yo), save the power supply and the DVD which might be >10yo. 
 
The PC restarts randomly, without obvious cause, but no BSOD. If you turn it off and on again, doesn't even need to reach windows to restart. Sometimes it stays like 5 hours without a restart, sometimes restarts many times in half an hour. I'm anxiously writing this because it might restart just now lol
 
I tried taking out all my hard drives, reinstalling windows in a another hard drive, switched the ram from one port to another, took out the graphic card... And still happens. I'm really clueless about what causes this. I guess some software like maybe windows update, Idk.

If possible can you please change your system language to English and if need to download the language pack so that the reports come out in English please as this is a English Forum.  Thanks.

You can delete your SysnativeCollection by going to your Name and click and then My Settings then on the left of that page Manage Attachments.  As only aloud so much. :=}

Rerun the Collection Tool and Reattach.

 

The obvious problem you have already stated : "the power supply and the DVD which might be >10yo."    Power Supplies that old should probably be replaced.  You do not mention the wattage but if is not 750 watts it is probably not enough.

 

Please let us know the make and model and wattage of the PSU please.

 

Hope did not buy thinking this was a current motherboard it was released some time early/mid year of 2020. 

Another obvious issue is you are running BIOS Version :  2.B0   Date:   30/09/2021  Current Version is : 2F  Release Date : 2023-08-31

You do not mention how you install Windows.  So : A perfect clean install of Windows 11 is to install it.   install for 10/11 https://pureinfotech.com/clean-install-windows-11/
Then Activate it From Settings-->System-->Activate

Disconnect from the Internet.

 

NOTE : the M/B can go up to Win 11 and has Drivers in the Below URL.
From saved Motherboard Drivers : https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/Z490-A-PRO/support#driver Install Chipset reboot, then SATA Drivers, Intel, Video and lots of reboots for all.

Turn off Example : ASUS Fast Boot in BIOS for the same reasons as below :

Your Monitor is VG248 and model is on the back of it and is either a VG248QE which is no longer supported or a VG248QG which has Support for Win 10/11

 

Another issue is running OCZ  : On December 2, 2013, OCZ announced Toshiba had agreed to purchase nearly all of OCZ's assets for $35 million. The deal was completed on January 21, 2014 when the assets of OCZ Technology Group became a new independently operated subsidiary of Toshiba named OCZ Storage Solutions.

They are way to old.  Need to check them with CHKDSK / r   Believe can still use this tool : https://www.majorgeeks.com/files/details/ocz_ssd_utility.html

But must keep a eye on them. Maybe also check them with : Crystal Disk Info : https://sourceforge.net/projects/crystaldiskinfo/ much easier to understand than the Japanese home page.

Note : Systems run better if using 2 Ram Slots.   Your Ram is :  Kingston : KF3600C18D4/16GX  Speed is 3600MHz which is being throttled to  DDR4-2400 so can use XMP and to be compatible to the Chip speed of Max Ram Speed of DDR4-3200

But can see you are experiencing trouble Updating MS Edge (if use it or not).   It would seem at a glance that AVIRA maybe blocking it to update; would think blocking the Microsoft Store as well which is now a integral part of updating both Win 10 /11 and is a talking thing between OS and Store and must be aloud out.

 

Ok as far as can go with out translate.

 

The BSOD Kernel Expert will be around late PDT.

Hi again,
Very sorry to upload info in spanish. Changed to english and reuploaded collection file and speccy in OP, though speccy is still showing some spanish info, cant figure out why. 
My power supply is CORSAIR AX850 model: CMPSU 850AX (850w)
My monitor is VG248QE :( could it really be that? When I took off the graphic card I also unplugged the monitor and it still restarted, I noticed by the sound of the machine and the lights of keyboard and mouse going off.
When I said I reinstalled, meant format disc and reinstall.
I cut internet but it restarts even offline.
Updated all drivers MSI center told me to, included motherboard (from usb), and updated to win 11. It still restarted couple of times after this.
New things I,m doing now: 
Uninstalling AVIRA, its been like maybe 30 minutes now and so far so good. I hope is as easy as that!
Also updated samsung disc using Magician. I diagnosed and it says "good state"
The other hard drives I'm trying to update now, but don't really know how to. CHKDSK doesn't recognice them. CrystalDisk does, windows is installed in a OCZvertex3 "100% good" disc, others are 99% (samsung), m4ct (good 72%), and ocz vertex3 good 100%.

This might be nothing, but I note that your single RAM card is plugged into slot B1...

Your motherboard manual shows that where only one RAM stick is installed it should be in slot A2 (page 4).

 

Some boards are fussy about which RAM slots are used so I would suggest you move the RAM stick to A2.

Hi again, just came to say you can close this thread. Since I uninstalled AVIRA the PC never restarted once........ Can't believe it was that simple.

I can. Third-party anti-malware tools cause no ends of problems on many systems. That's why I don't run one...!
