Sorry for the lack of details, but this is the third time Ive tried to post before it crashes.
I think its been going on for years, but I recently just started up my desktop again. First, it started a few hours into gaming. The PC would lag, freeze up, and blink BSOD. But over time it keeps happening sooner and sooner, to 15 mins in or 3 hours after I turned the PC on. I used to be pretty computer savvy, but that was the Win XP era, now its all Greek and over my head. At one point years ago. I thought the issue was memory related, and bought new ram. Obviously its not, or this is an entirely new issue. IDK like I said, years ago... Anyway I forgot where to even start with these issues. So I humbly come to you guys, thanks. I appreciate the help in advance.

The SysnativeFileCollectionApp.zip file that you uploaded in incomplete, it contains only two files. Please follow the BSOD Posting Instructions, re-run the SysnativeBSODCollectionApp and upload the unmodified zip file.

I didn't modify, ran it once. Then accidentally unzipped it to see if it was the setup file or the report. Than after not being able to attach the unzipped folder. I ran it again and attached the new zipped folder... I did notice while running the program the first 5-10 test came back, in red lettering, saying incomplete or un-able to run. Having some difficulty booting into windows at the moment. I'll run it a third time and try to screenshot what it says, while its running.

From a Admin Command Prompt run SFC /SCANNOW then reboot if it fixes issues.  Then run Sysnative.

I don't know whether the SysnativeBSODCollectionApp will run in Safe Mode, but if you're having this much difficulty then boot Windows in Safe Mode (with networking) and see whether the data collection app will run.

Yes, this is because you're unzipping the file and then running the collection app again. The error message will be because the collection app is attempting to overwrite an existing file. I never bothered adding a check for any unzipped files because you shouldn't be unzipping them anyway but I may actually add a check for this because it seems that multiple users are doing the same.

Just delete the existing zip file (which you don't need anyway) before you run the data collection app.

Any existing .zip will be deleted on each run of the collection app, the issue is because the user has decided to unzip it and then run the collection app again. The same issue may happen if they're unzipped the folder and then left one of the files open.

I'm going to release a new version today which will delete any unzipped SysnativeFileCollectionApp folder.

I've released a new version (5.0.3) which now delete any unzipped collection folders from the Desktop and will now use a temporary directory inside %localappdata% instead.

Hey thank you guys... I've been gone for a day or two after having some difficulty getting it to boot back into windows. After some bios changes but I fixed that, I believe. I'll fix that file and re-upload it in a couple hours.
