Download your Manual and if perhaps you did not after installing Windows install your Chipset Drivers and SATA as well as the lesser drivers do so now. If Drivers are not up to date install them.
Do not take Windows Update Drivers, always use the makers of your products to update. Matter of fact block them (before ruin a good install) :

Ok so the ram has been auto restricted down in BIOS to 4800 MHz to be compatible to the chip. EDIT : This is so you can use XMP with out putting the chip in danger,
Should lock the timings in prob in Advanced SPD somewhere, see manual.
