Background about the PC situation: I have blackouts that happen randomly, can say at least like 20 times a year or so, and it all happens while the pc is on most of the time.
So the first thing I did was update drivers and didn't get fixed, then did a wipe and re-installed windows 10 3 months ago and updated drivers, first week went fine then bsod came back.

My first suspect was RAM, so I ran a mem86 test and there was no errors, then I thought it might be the GPU is dying which is unlikely, so I did a stress test and it's perfect, updated BIOS and chipset, checked my SSDs health all perfect, after that and the updated all hardware drivers, no benefit and beyond that I haven't done any hardware debugging or inspection after that.

I'll be including my most 5 recent BSOD in minimal details (couldn't figure out how to attach dmp files) and DxDiag report.

My first impressions from looking at the dumps is that bad RAM is a very real possibility. I see you've tested RAM but I'd like you to run a thorough test if you would plese...

  • Download Memtest86 (free), use the imageUSB.exe tool extracted from the download to make a bootable USB drive containing Memtest86 (1GB is plenty big enough). Do this on a different PC if you can, because you can't fully trust yours at the moment.
  • Then boot that USB drive on your PC, Memtest86 will start running as soon as it boots.
  • If no errors have been found after the four iterations of the 13 different tests that the free version does, then restart Memtest86 and do another four iterations. Even a single bit error is a failure.

If the two iterations on Memtest86 generate no errors then we'll move on to other things, but it's important to try this first.

Do not take any Microsoft Update Drivers unless absolutely have no choice. Use the makers drivers. Do not accept Video Drivers.

Speaking of ram (imho a little understated with only 16gig of ram.)  A system such as this would be great with 32.

If do anything about it or need ram it the Speed must be Compatible to the Ryzen 5 3600X Chip : System Memory Specification  Up to 3200MT/s

Under the Specs Tab : https://www.amd.com/en/support/cpu/amd-ryzen-processors/amd-ryzen-5-desktop-processors/amd-ryzen-5-3600x

and should be on the QL on the M/B Support Page : CPU Support --> Memory and Device Support.

MP59G Drivers & software : are available but more info off the back of the monitor is needed due to country codes.

Power Scheme : Active power scheme: High performance  is a form of overclocking and shoulr be run as balanced most of the time and changed only for a specific then reduced after.

EDIT : In BIOS turn off ASUS Fast Boot for the same reasons as below :

Turn off MS Fast Start : https://www.windowscentral.com/how-disable-windows-10-fast-startup /11 and WHY !!!

Just  before I did all the things listed below my PC BSOD with new code, attached new dump file

I already mentioned I updated my chipset and BIOS, will update LAN and audio as well.
I already checked my SSDs, all up to date.
This pc was built 4 years ago so 16 gbs of ram made the most sense back then, even now 16 gb is quite fine.
I tried using XMP/DOCP to raise the RAM speed but it's not compatible with the motherboard, now it's running at auto (2133 mhz)
Updated monitor drivers.
Made the power scheme balanced
Turned off MS fast start and ASUS fast boot.

Very interesting, when I tested the RAM, I did all of the tests so I though the RAM was in clear.
I'll do the test soon enough.

I don't want to move on until you've done the Memtest86 RAM tests. Once you've done those, and assuming they're OK, we'll move on.

Also, please don't upload individual dumps, if it's still having BSODs, run the data collection app again, perhaps after you've had several BSODs.

An observation also regarding the RAM.

Ryzen CPUs are notorious for not liking slow RAM and you not being able to enable XMP due to having the wrong spec of RAM is causing a bottleneck.

RAM
16.0GB Dual-Channel DDR4 @ 1064MHz (15-15-15-36)

Part Number: CMK16GX4M2D3600C18

AMD CPU specs here say up to 3200MT/s so that is the sweet spot for performance and stability.

Suggest that you test the RAM as advised then do the below;

Go into the BIOS and manually set the RAM to  3200MHz/MT/s and the voltage to 1.35V, save the new settings, exit the BIOS and test.

I tried 3200, 3000, 2900, etc couldn't POST, the voltage was 1.35 as well, so not a volt issue.

Max Bandwidth: DDR4-2132     CMK16GX4M2D3600C18    See Motherboard Support Page  CPU-->Memory QVL 3rd Generation.

My eyes are not that great but I do not see the above Corsair ram listed on the QVL .     This maybe the reason you are having issues. (period)
Note : On other systems it may even list compatible Video Cards, SSD's/NVMe drives, as well as other peripherals

When ever buying anything to do with a computer, Check the Chip Spec Page for Max Speed of the Ram, then check the QVL of the M/B for compatible ram at that speed.

It is not on the QVL which is a mistake I made when I was building, but back when I started using the PC I had no issues, so why would I have issues now after 3 years of using the PC?
