Hello,

The refubished laptop was bought from Amazon back on April 8, 2024. I was having problems with the laptop starting a week ago where I would get an error message that they was a problem and needed to restart. This would happen many times until I cleared cache. Then it would happen maybe once or twice a day. Now, the keyboard and power button flash on and off and it will not turn on. I can turn it off by holding the power button. When I hold down the power button it just starts flashing again. The screen is blank. Should I just return it to Amazon or are there ways to fix this?
