Since I updated Windows with version 19145.4291 I get the following screen when I press the Start button:

I don't know what the 2nd and 3rd entries in the dark blue field mean that say <No text> and I cannot delete or move them. Right- or left-clicking on them does nothing. So...

What do they mean, how did they get there, and how can I get rid of them?

Nice try, Louis, but no cigar.

I clicked on your link and on the links inside that page, and I  found absolutely nothing whatsoever that addressed the topic I originally posted.

Since I updated Windows with version 19145.4291...............................

Windows tweakers frequently break after a Windows update and Start-menu-changers are no exception.

Go into the settings for whichever program you're using to change the default Windows 10 start menu to the Windows 7 one and see if there are any updates available for it. Or have a look at its options and see if it shows what those unnamed entries are and an option to remove them.
