My computer usage is very low key, browsing, online shopping, email and forums.
I create a Macrium Reflect clone every 3 weeks.
Is the Onedrive cloud backup as good as my MR clone ?

I have Onedrive disabled at present, it does not seem to be of much use to me. Your comments please on whether it is worth enabling.

The Onedrive backup only contains a selection of files from your user folder - Documents, Music, Desktop etc. - so not much use when wishing to restore your system - no Apps, settings etc.

Your MR image contains EVERYTHING you'd need to restore your machine should your drive fail (assuming you've made a Macrium Recovery Drive).

You could consider enabling the OneDrive backup to allow restoring the changes made to your personal files since the last MR clone, but that's all it would be good for.

Thanks - that is confirming what I think. Onedrive to me is a PITA.  :thumbup2:

Ditto to the above; Onedrive is for users that don't know any better.

I am not a One Drive fan either. I have it turned off and do my own data backups.
