So I've updated some of my video drivers since they were out of date. Everything seemed to be fine until I started up my PC again, at which point I noticed that any teal/cyan color wouldn't display properly, and would instead have a darker color or just look discolored in general, some shades of green even stopped working, so they look discolored. Whenever I move a windowed application with a white theme next to the affected area, the colors seem to go back to normal, but it quickly goes back to it's messed up form whenever I move the window away from that area. (The purple area isn't affected, it's just because of my phone).
Edit: I've added another image of what I see, the one titled "darken" is the original and how it's supposed to look.

The great thing about being an insider is that when the new build gets released, a lot of these odd little problems just go away.
