Hi, actually words work best as you can not copy splice and dice and paste a jpeg into Search.

Nice to know it is Windows 11 but that does not tell us anything about your system.  When starting a Topic pleas include your System Information.

If branded the exact make and model info is needed HP/DELL/Lenovo what  ?    If a other system include the make/model if your motherboard, video card, memory make and size and speed, PSU make/model and wattage and anything else we should know about the system such as BIOS Version.

Please Post a "link" of Speccy Report.
Please install Speccy Free : https://m.majorgeeks.com/files/details/speccy.html
Use Custom Install
At the Top Left Corner of Speccy --> Click File and then Click Publish Snapshot Report, a window will popup and Click YES. --> Another popup will appear and then Click "Copy To Clipboard" then Paste that "link" to your next reply in your thread.

Download Minitoolbox from the below link :
http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/minitoolbox/
Run the tool and only select the following tick boxes.
-List last 10 Event viewer errors
    -List installed programs
    -List devices
-List users, partition and memory size
Now click "Go" and Copy/Paste and post the output text in your next reply

Something wrong with the above.

It does not seem that Speccy Report or the MTB Report was done from Post # 2.  Strange.

The text in the three screenshots is as follows:

"Device security. Memory integrity is off. Your device may be vulnerable. Windows Security. Memory integrity can't be turned on. Try resolving any incompatibilities with your drivers."

There is a "Learn more" link below the memory integrity on/off button in the second screenshot, which you can click to learn more about this error.

As such, there is an article on how to Enable virtualization-based protection of code integrity.

There is also an article on 7 Ways to Fix the Memory Integrity Feature Grayed Out on Windows 11.

Good luck! :)

Good News I fixed the problem

I had some incopatible drivers for my external hard drive

After going into Device manager and uninstalling those drivers I was then able to activate core isolation and Memmory Integrity
