I have been battling an ongoing issue with Windows for 3 weeks now, when I came to this forum first (you can read that post here)
The issue is that my mouse will remain active, but I cannot click on anything, and sometimes the keyboard will stop working.
Switching out mouse and keyboard has no effect. Other issues include, random inputs, such as my browser tab randomly closing as I write this post, or Photoshop/Illustrator files attempting to close while I am working on them.
Sometimes it feels random, or sometimes it feels like...delayed as in I may press CTRL + W to close a browser tab and then 5 seconds later the tab will close again.
Instead of scrolling like normal, the mouse scroll wheel will instead zoom in or out if I have a browser or Photoshop open.
Sometimes the issue does not happen for several hours, or sometimes it happens frequently and with escalation with multiple of these things happening at once.
If I hit CTRL + ALT + DEL and click on Task Manager (the only thing I can click on) the problem will go away for a little while.

I have tried every possible piece of advice that was given to me.
I brought my PC into a MicroCenter and they were unable to recreate the issue. They did update my computer to Windows 11 (when it started i was on 10) which seemed to alleviate the problem but only for a couple days.
MicroCenter did thorough malware and virus scans and came up with nothing, they also did a 24 hour stress test on my computer and found everything to be operating fine and all temperature levels adequate.
I have run countless malware and virus scans through Defender, MalwareBytes and Kaspersky. Defender on 2 occasions found and removed some malware, which I have attached screenshots. I have run probably 20 or so scans since then and turned up nothing.

I have done a completely clean reinstall of windows, as well as reseating my RAM and GPU.
I am completely losing my mind, I am losing sleep, and I am losing money as I rely on my computer as my source of income.
I do not know where else to turn or what to do about this.
Any guidance at all would be supremely appreciated.

Thank you and have an excellent Friday.

As per your Other Topics would this not be from using your Torrent Program ??

Have you installed any programs or games that you downloaded as well did you install any that you had previously downloaded and installed ?

It would be recommended that you start a Topic in the Malware Removal Forum but do this 1st please :

https://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/t/34773/preparation-guide-for-use-before-using-malware-removal-tools-and-requesting-help/

This time I would suggest that you complete the instructions and follow the help given.

It would also be a suggestion and is a requirement to uninstall and remove any and all cracks and or cracked programs or games as well uninstall the BitTorrent program.

If it is just something you need think about a other way to do so and pay for it or the storage for it such as bitport (dot) io

EDIT : As this is a computer for work would suggest only use it for work and nothing else.

Scan your Documents and PDF files and downloads before opening them.

Maybe change to a online Email platform if you are using a email program that is installed on your system.

There are many ways to protect your self and your work computer.  It would be in your interests to discover how to do this.

The Security section of the Forum would be a good place to do so and to learn, read and ask questions.

Behavioural change in the way you use your work computer would also be useful.  Treat it as money as you mention losing it.

I am not sure what it is from, what I am concerned about is how to resolve the issue. I have used torrents sparingly in the past, but have uninstalled any torrent programs and am not planning on using them again, and I do not pirate games or software.
I do not have any crack software, cracked programs, or cracked games, or torrent programs.
