Captcha not working

I cannot figure out why, but when I am filling out forms to sign up for support or forums on some websites, where it calls for a security check (which I believe is Captcha) there is a space for it but not an empty block to fill in. I cannot find a way to make sure captcha is enabled or see that java script is working (if that is what is needed)

I disabled them all and rebooted.  Still same issue...

Rebooting re-enables them all.

What adblockers and extensions do you use?

Open the saved file then select all, then select copy, then in your next reply ctrl+v to paste.

That's what I did

Ctrl+A

Ctrl+C

Crtl+V

 

I tried it in saved Notepad and Word files with same result
