The OS will recreate that cache folder and the temporary files that go into it.

If you've accidentally placed Cache in the Trash and can't restore it or empty the Trash, here are a few tricks to try:
Force-empty the Trash. Hold down "Option," right-click on the Trash, and choose "Empty Trash." This might bypass any issues.
For a more techy approach, you can use Terminal. Open it and type `sudo rm -rf ~/.Trash/*` to delete the files in the Trash. Be careful, though; this action is irreversible.
Also, check the file permissions. Right-click the Cache folder, go to "Get Info," and make sure you have the right permissions to modify the files.
If all else fails, consider using data recovery software like Stellar data Recovery for Mac, Disk Drill or EaseUS Data Recovery Wizard. They can often salvage files even after they've been deleted from the Trash.
And of course, for the future, regular backups are your best friend. Hope this helps!
