G'day

I had boot loop on two PCs, same model, few years ago. It happened to be a stacked start up switch. initially removed it and washed with acetone and fixed it for a short time, But it took me a long time to find the problem, I disconnected the switch from the mother board and and shorted the two pins on the MB corresponding to the start switch with a small screwdriver , the machine started and kept alive, then I bought a couple of momentary switches that I could adapt to the PCs. A little filing on the plastic front cover switch hole was enough to fit them. End of problem.
