Hidden malware

I have hidden malware for 3 weeks now, likely come with a game called Bow masters. It creates a pop under that locks my screen. It is an ad for QuantumAI and SmartBit Boost.

Have you tried removing the adware using any of the advice given at Chrome OS adware - Google Search

Yes, I have been installing every anti malware and antivirus, booting into Safe mode.
There is nothing in installed apps, and I do not recognize the app icon that the popunder uses

Save any local data on the computer and do a powerwash using the power and reset keys. Your bookmarks should be saved to your Google Account.
