Is the computer presently 100% working without any issue/s.
Regardless of online thoughts over Intel Management Engine, I generally prefer updated software over outdated software. (again, non-production).
Not sure what you mean by non production but your approach to software is incorrect, as to why is explained below in my canned speech.
Once Windows has been installed, you install the necessary drivers for the MB and other hardware and then leave well alone, drivers should not be allowed to auto update and you should never update any driver/s unless the new drivers are intended to resolve a specific issue that you are having, installing new drivers unnecessarily can actually cause you the very issues that any new drivers are intended to resolve and uninstalling the new drivers may not resolve the problem/s that installing the new drivers has caused.Depending on priority it can take many months before the driver provider releases any fix and depending on the age of the hardware or software concerned they sometimes do not even bother or may have already announced an end of support. The exact same policy applies to the BIOS, do not update it unless it is advised by the manufacturer of the hardware or alternatively if it is to allow for a CPU upgrade.Updating things for no reason has a 50/50 chance of bricking your computer, don`t gamble unless you can (A) Do without the computer ( B ) have loads of spare cash and can buy a new one with no problem or © Both of the previous.
Bottom line is, if you have not recently clean installed Windows 11 and the computer is working without issue leave well alone, as per the old adage " if it aint broke dont fix it ".
If you have just clean installed Windows did you follow the correct procedure for installing the Dell system drivers How to Install Dell Drivers in the Correct Order

The intel ME version number using the tool is the Firmware version. If Dell said it was installed successfully I wouldn't worry about it.
There is a management engine interface driver version and there is a driver and software package version. It is both confusing and simple, while the management interface driver itself is the bare minimum or what people focus on, the software package includes multiple drivers and has its own version number.

Thank you both for your advice. I appreciate the time involved in responding.
Yes, I followed Dell's recommendations. Windows *may* have over-written the driver in it's own update.
I'm still trying to track down the firmware version vs the package version angle. It's just annoying that manufacture's aren't more explicit.
I have a different opinion on updates and patches, and think the "if it ain't broke don't fix it" days are coming to an end. (see Bill Toulas' article, on this web-site's news blog: https://www.bleepingcomputer.com/news/security/multiple-botnets-exploiting-one-year-old-tp-link-flaw-to-hack-routers/). Those routers are only 3 years old, and TP-Link isn't the only manufacture having problems.
Thank you, again.

You are welcome but you did not answer the above from my reply #2.

Sorry but the above has zero to do with risking bricking a perfectly working computer by needlessly messing with drivers.
All guidance given here is just that, guidance and users can do with their computer/s as they see fit but I stand by the " if it aint broke dont fix it " ethos and when a computer is stable users should only install necessary security, OS and critical update/s that are sometimes issued by hardware providers.
