I have a problem with my GPU running at 4x 3.0 when it's connected to my PCIe 16x slot as it should. My system is as follows.

B450M DS3H V2 board
CPU R5 5600x
16gb DDR4.
GPU RX6700 XT.

I also have a Western Digital Blue SN550 1TB M.2-2280 SSD, 2 1tb SSDs & 1 500gb SSD with 1 Sata slot spare. Now I've only recently noticed this by chance & now its bothering me why its at 4x & not 16x. My son's have the same board but the RX5600 xts & we play Minecraft with shaders & same mods on & they're getting better FPS than I do, despite only having a 3600x CPUs.

I've also noticed in DM that my Western Digital Blue SN550 1TB M.2-2280 SSD says it's AMD-Raid, despite the raid option disabled in BIOS. I also ran GPU-Z rendering as I know some GPUs have very powerful power saving features that reduces it's speeds when not being used fully, but I ran it so my GPU was running 98% & it didn't change the link speed. Says it's running PCI Express 4x 3.0.

Thanks in advance.
