Failing components?

I have been having issues with my fps recently and freezes in all games. one thing I noticed was that when I start a game my pc will start making this buzzing noise and when my fps drops or my screen freezes the buzzing noise stops and when it goes back to normal the buzzing continues too.  

Pc specs:

Ryzen 7 3700X 8-Core Processor      3.60 GHz

t force 16gb ram

XFX AMD Radeon™ RX 5700 XT 8GB GDDR6 THICC II

Use Custom Install

  Run the tool and only select the following tick boxes.
    -List last 10 Event viewer errors
    -List installed programs
    -List devices
    -List users, partition and memory size
Now click "Go" and Copy/Paste and post the output text in your next reply
