I have a Dymo 550 that prints small address labels, in my case 1-1/8" x 3". It works great, but I really kind of resent this company. They intentionally make you use their exclusive (very expensive) factory labels.

To make matters worse, they intentional discontinue drivers on their older printers for newer operating systems. For example, they do not offer drivers for printers only a few years old. Their older printers work fine on Windows 7 but they don't offer drivers for W10 and W11. When I see companies do this kind of thing, I feel gouged and taken advantage of.

Anyway, could someone please recommend some older, used thermal label machines that can run on W10 and W11. You can buy cheap used Dymos for $20-30, but I cannot find drivers to run them.

Thank you very much,

EG

I just found a bunch of older QL Brother models that appear to have updated drivers. Does anyone happen to know if you can use generic labels on Brother thermal printers?

Thanks Again,

EG
