I've been having this problem since around January. Whenever I am playing a game or am on discord with voice, for some if I move slightly wrong it seems like it cuts out and doesn't come back. I'll still hear people but they can't hear me. If I unplug my headphones they hear me but I can't hear them and then I have to restart whatever program I'm using.

The headphones are hooked up with an adapter. A pink and green cable with an adapter on the end so the male end of the headphones goes in. I guess it's kind of against my PC but I even tried moving it closer and still have the same problem.

Sometimes when I unplug it and plug it back in when I go to adjust my volume it will flash between connecting to my oculus (not even on) and my headphones, and my headphones will completely disappear as being listed and have to unplug them again.

I've tried finding drivers but I don't know how. Using the standard driver scan that comes with windows just tells me I have the current version. I wouldn't even know where to look elsewhere.

This is now my second pair of headphones, thinking the first ones were the issue but still having it with brand new headphones.

How do I fix this?

Attached is my dxdiag
