I have no problem navigating web pages using the mouse scroll wheel, but when I try to use the arrow keys or the page down key, they often cause the pages to jump to the top. Sometimes it seems like simply nudging the key causes the page to jump to the top. It's just impossible to use them for navigation.

I tried uninstalling the keyboard but it didn't do anything. I am not accidentally pressing page up or home.

I'm using Win 11 and Firefox. The keyboard is a Cherry Stream.

Hi, Welcome to BC.

Not enough information.   No model # name for your Cherry Stream Keyboard.  Have you checked for a update for the Receiver ?

As well have you kept your Branded System HP/DELL/Lenovo or Motherboard Updated for USB Drivers ?

So no idea at the moment.

Page Down makes your system jump to the bottom (and not the bottom)? If you're sure about this, then perhaps some keyboard keys were remapped for your keyboard. The Stream should include a program to configure key mappings and/or change settings such as how many lines the system scrolls up or down for each press of the up or down button.

The keyboard model is JK-8550US-2. The drivers are up to date.

They keys work correctly sometimes, so it isn't a case of them being remapped to something different.

Not enough information.

So has the Dell Firmware been updated as that is not Drivers it is Firmware : https://www.dell.com/support/home/en-ca/drivers/driversdetails?driverid=6wj0m

So no idea if a Dell  It is V20, A00   17 Sept 2021   Importance:  Critical

As for Drivers suggest you open up Device Manager  see if is MS 2006 drivers

Regardless no support for your Keyboard.

I suggest your best bet is to contact the keyboard manufacturer's tech. support.
