I've done some research and this is what I came up with:
The computer is a Dell Optiplex 7010 with motherboard Dell, product 0ER7PY, version A01.
The GPU NVIDIA GeForce GT 710
The best I can figure is the PSU is 240 W, and the chipset is an intel Q77.
I notice a sticker on top of the case stating it was refurbished in Canada.
Thanks everyone for the feedback, I really appreciate it.

Hi, not sure as there is name supplied then there is a tower with name....
https://www.dell.com/support/home/en-ca/product-support/product/optiplex-7010/drivers
Suggest download all the drivers as this has reached End of Life.
If you referenced A01 as the Bios Version that would have been 1st release as last Bios ever is : A29
This is the whole Driver Pack, 700MB : https://www.dell.com/support/kbdoc/en-ca/000122036/optiplex-7010-windows-10-driver-pack
This includes the Beep Codes for Optiplex : https://www.dell.com/support/kbdoc/en-ca/000132041/understanding-beep-codes-on-a-dell-notebook-pc

I have a system that has a capacity of 32gb. I replaced 2 8gb 1600mhz with 2 16gb 1600mhz,
The MB does not support 16GB modules so to achieve 32GB you would have to go the four Xs 8GB sticks route.
Go here and here for confirmation of the above.
Note that Dell state 16GB max for the 7010.
Fwiw, for such a spec computer 2 Xs 8GB sticks is all you need and anything more a waste of both resources and cash, to utilise any more than 16GB of RAM a more powerful CPU, GPU and PSU would be required.

It's actually my backup, I know it's old and slow. I was just hoping to get the most out it. I think PhillPower2 just helped kick me over the edge on upgrading to bigger better system. Thank you.

Hope I didn't come across as sounding derogatory about your computer, it is fine with the original components including the two 8GB sticks of RAM and what I was suggesting was that having 32GB of RAM would not be of any benefit to you.
