I contacted 'Microsoft Support' and asked the following question about Microsoft 365 Personal.

I have two email address:  'If' I do subscribe to Microsoft 365 Personal Account using my main Email/Microsoft account,  will my other Microsoft Email account including an AOL email account, which I shall access via Windows 11 "OUTLOOK"  'Be Ad Free' The answer was NO! Only the single primary Microsoft Account with be Ad free, any other MS Email Account will still have Ads dropped in them. I just felt that was somewhat greedy.   I wouldn't mind just paying a subscription for a completely Ad free version of  'Windows Outlook' but that isn't an option. Btw, I have tried most usual 'fixes' work-arounds suggested, nothing seems to work to STOP this Ad feature.

I block ads in Yahoo, Gmail and Outlook using Adblock Plus' ability to block elements. All my email

accounts are free and online...emails not stored on my computer. I use Firefox browser to access those

accounts. Adblock Plus is installed in Firefox. No ads in any of the accounts...all blocked.

Well, I have the Trend Micro Ad Block + Ghostery and I still see Ads inserted as emails (I don't quite grasp how and a Web Ad-Blocker can block Ads inserted as 'Emails' that comes under the remit of 'Spam' I would have thought. Anyway with Microsoft's Outlook you cannot block the inserted Ads as Spam. Bear in mind, I never had this issue until MS hit my Email Account with this nuisance, unless you are already a Office 365 Subscriber, I guess everyone will have to accept Ads in Outlook in the fullness of time, or PAY UP!    Maybe other members on here can comment  :thumbup2:

So why don't you try Buddy's suggestions (post #2). He runs Outlook also.

When I saw the first one of those ads resembling emails but couldn't be deleted like an email could I

used Adblock Plus' ability to block elements to get rid of it and no more appeared. Don't recall exactly

when that was but it was in the last month or so.

EDIT: below is an image showing the block element that you would click on and then mouse over the element

that you would want blocked and simply left clicking on the highlighted element removes and blocks it

from appearing again.

buddy215 sure has a great recommendation.  :thumbup2:

Microsoft's "sneakiness" has no end. My recommendation would be to get rid of Microsoft.
