At work I use a WIN 11 PC and at home I have a Samsung Galaxy Tab S9+. I want to be able to read my Outlook Email at home. How do I arrange the PC and the tablet so that they "talk" to one another? So, I get an email on my PC and when I get home I want to read and reply to that email on my tablet. Please help. Thank you.

If I understand you correctly, this would depend on what program you want to use to read the email on each device. If you're just using a web browser, then mail isn't locally cached on your PC or tablet, and so it wouldn't matter. Just use a web browser on each.

If you wanted to use a local client email program (that downloads mail to your PC), you would need to use IMAP as your mail protocol so that everything was always synchronized, regardless of which device you were using.

The answer in this topic is the same answer for this question. https://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/t/795293/pop3-vs-imap/#entry5622791

The only additional possible issue being a work account and permission from your employer.

So you want to have the same email retained on both devices until you delete it, correct? If so, as long as your email account is IMAP (as opposed to POP) or Exchange, there's no problem. Just set up Outlook (or any email client) on both devices and make sure your email address is an IMAP or Exchange account.

Edit: looks like others replied as I was typing.
