Hello,

I have a domain which works fine, this domain has a subdomain and for some reason people are getting the following error: DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN

How can I fix this?

What's the domain?

It's <removed> and the subdomain is <removed>.

Both are a redirect to Google Drive or a Google Form.

Is dns setup for the send url? It doesn't appear to exist in any dns server.

How can I check that? Since the DNS settings seem to be fine.

In the future I would use this website: https://www.whatsmydns.net/ it probes all the DNS Servers throughout the world and tells you if your site has made it out to all of theme.
