Please be sure to list the following in your topic:

Make and model of computer

How the computer is connected (wireless or wired)

Make and model of Router and Modem (if separate units)

Approximate Distance From the router the PC is if its a wireless connection

What type of internet you have (Dsl, Cable, T-1,etc..)
Lastly
Please download MiniToolBox To your desk top and run it.

Please Check All Boxes

Click Go and post the result (Result.txt).

The result.txt should appear when the program completes and it should exit. You can then copy and paste the contents of the log into your response on the Networking forums. If the log does not automatically appear it should be on your desktop or in the folder the file was downloaded to.
