Hi

I believe it can be done just not sure how to set it up in the settings.

Current working setup is ONT ----> Cisco box/router -----> 2 Pcs

------> 2 VoIP phones and one on Dect

We have recently changed provider, who sent out a pre programmed Technicolor router with their PPPoE settings, that was meant to be plug and play.

The new hopeful setup would be ONT ---->Technicolor router -------> Cisco box -------> 2 Pcs

-------> 2 VoIP phones and the Dect

I have access to the interface for the Technicolor but not The Cisco box. The Cisco box was provided with a cloud based software which is used everyday, by connecting to it via a remote desktop connection.

Any questions I will do my best to answer them.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Mark

It can be done but it has to be done correctly. Build or get a router that has built in VLAN capabilities.
