Have any of you have a ISP that when asked to check connectivity to a site they performed the check from another countries network ?

That's an answer I would expect from most users. but amazingly Vmedia ran a test on a site from an India network not the country I am subscribed.

Time to switch ISPs to obe that has competent people running it.

Oh I will do more.
If Vmedia cannot perform traceroutes from the home country (Canada) and perform a traceroute from Inda which does not represent my network. they have something coming!!
