I have used optimum internet for years but lately I am becoming aware of the fact that they keep charging fees for ridiculous things. What are your thoughts on this ISP?

What sorts of 'ridiculous things' are they making these charges for ? What do their T&Cs say ?

Network fees mostly. The issue was handled, however.
