We have BT broadband in our house but for some reason the connection isn't as good upstairs. I purchased a Wi-Fi booster and now have full bars when connected to the Wi-Fi from upstairs however when I'm make video calls the internet is can drop out and the message 'connection unstable' pops up. I'm not very tech savvy and would just like some advice on how to resolve this issue? Thank you!

disable your WiFi on the computer,

connect the computer with an ethernet cable to your modem/router,

make a video call,

does the same thing happen?

yes - the problem is with your ISP

no - the problem is with your WiFi
