Hello. New here and very unknowledgeable and naive. This is puzzling me. Suddenly, several of my wife's email contacts on AOL have labels attached, like 'husband' 'mum' or 'sister in law'. None of this info has ever been provided - how has AOL got it??

thanks

The only way to get a definite and reliable answer to this is to email AOL support and ask them. Anything else would be speculation.

Thanks but I tried that. I got a reply from a 'support specialist' who told me to go to the FAQ section and need I say more?

Hi These Internet Service Providers and not just 1 or 10 but all of them, know everything about us,the users, I can only hope they think a little about who they share this information with. :smash:

isacc: they think, very, very, carefully, and then give it to the one that offers them the most money!
