Sorry I have no idea why I cannot edit my post. But I am looking to record to watch later a tv show that I cannot get on any streaming services. Just looking for software

Plex can record, though I"m not sure if it can record
OTA antenna content. I'd guess it probably can.

Plex is probably the best video/PVR program that exists.
MythTV on Windows

I used MythTV many years ago, and it was great.
Its simple interface was very intuitive. That being said,
this looks like a lot of work, just so install all the
libraries required. Unless someone automated that
process for Windows.

Plex is generally considered the state of the art for PVR type software on Windows. MythTV is something I worked with many many years ago. It was fussy abouit setttings, as I recall. I did really enjoy the ability to skip over commercials, though. That was a nice touch way back when before streaming services.
The interface on Myth is pretty good, but Plex is more comprehensive and has countless plugins, from what I recall.
