Hi, I'm having issues with internet speeds at home and I'm seeking advice/help please. 1st off I have 940mbps plan with my service provider through an Arris CM8200 cable modem. I have a TP Link AX4400 dual band wifi 6 router rated for speeds up to 4.4gbps. I also have a TP Link AX1800 range extender on located a few rooms over from the router. This system is set up as a One Mesh network. Speed tests average between 775mbps and 850mbps over wifi on an iPhone 12 Pro Max a foot from the router and between 400mbps and 525mbps on the far end of the house. I presume those are pretty normal results. My issues are as following. My Dell desktop is hooked straight out of the modem with a Cat 8 ethernet cable and according to the PC the card in it is capable of 1 gbps upload and download speed. My speed never tests higher than 85mbps. I also have 3 smart tvs all connected to the wifi. My two LG's both test out at about 45mbps average and my Vizio speed averages about 10 to 14 mbps. It is the farthest away from the router. My Playstation 5 sits directly under my LG tv in the living room and it averages 330mbps over the same wifi. They are all connected to my 5ghtz wifiband. Need some good advise on how to get better speeds on the tvs over the wifi and better speed on my desktop. All tv software is up to date and and none of them are older than 3 years old. The desktop is about a year old. Just not understanding the slow speeds. Thanks in advance.

Those are normal speeds with those devices due to overhead, hardware, etc.
