Problem-Can't login to Disney+.  I get an error 42 using the Roku.  When I use laptop, I can go to the Disney+ site but when I click login, it goes to a black screen.

Background-just dropped Comcast cable a week or so back (kept internet, went to Fubo).  Had always been able to stream Disney although I'm not sure what dropping cable would have to do with a streaming site.

One thing I read is that if Disney+ thinks you have a vpn, it might not let you access.  I do have a VPN but, like I said, it worked fine before.  I wanted to log in to my router and see if any dns settings, etc might be causing a problem but can't do that either (I've done it before with no problems).   Keeps saying I'm not connected to router even though i'm using it for internet.  Connected laptop directly to router and it continues to say I'm not connected to router (even though the icon at the lower right of my screen shows a wired connection and I can access internet).

I can usually figure out minor issues but this has me stumped.  Any ideas would be appreciated.

Thanks

I even didn't face this kind of issues yet. I have been using Marcus for a long period of time. Still serving me well.

This may give you the solution.-

https://homebatterybank.com/step-by-step-fix-disney-not-working-on-roku-error-42/

Failing that do a search for 'Roku error 42'

I think that problems is occurring because of drivers. So I would like to suggest you to go for a driver update
