I tried watching my laptop on a Toshiba TV.  I plugged in the HDMI cable and it did not work.  I pressed all sorts of buttons on the remote control and now I cannot get TV to work.  Wish I'd not messed about with it now.

So never mind about watching laptop through TV - I just want my TV to work.

Message says Please re-tune using the menu.  Pressed all sorts of things.  Don't know what I'm doing.

Any ideas.  Thanks.

P.S I have tried turning it off and on.  Leaving it off now wasted two hours already.

Please ignore the above.  Thought I'd have one last go.  Pressed loads of buttons.  Pressed AV on remote.  Pressed HDMI on TV and everything came back.  Hope this helps others with the same problem.  Or is it only me!

It always helps, when all else fails, to read the manual or even just the quick start guide !
