Have you tried this??

There are conditions for refund:

1. When you cancel an annual subscription purchased within the last 30 days.

2. When you cancel a monthly subscription within 30 days of the last renewal.

Refund needs to be requested and requests are made by contacting microsoft billing support, you will need to speak to an agent and they will review your refund request. I'll show you how to contact a support agent.

Open the link below
https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/home/expcon...

On the page that opens, follow the steps below:
1. Enter your problem and click <Get Help>
2. Click <Login and Contact Support > at the bottom of the page
3. Log in with your Microsoft account
4. Under Products and Services, select the <Microsoft 365 and Office> option.
5. Under Category, select <Manage Subscription> and confirm.
6. Click "Chat with a support agent in your browser" and follow the onscreen instructions.
7. An agent will help you shortly.

Refunds are usually processed within 3-5 days.
