I have a Mitchell estimating software that runs on windows.  It expired. I can reinstall the software on a new computer and it installs and works just fine.  But if the computer previously had this particular software on it, it won’t work. Even if I delete all previous versions of this software.  I just keep getting an expired error message.  But, I pick up any laptop/pc that didn’t have it on it before, it works just fine. Any suggestions would greatly be appreciated.  Thanks, Sal

It sounds as though you're asking us how to help you re-use an expired trial license? If that's the case then I'm afraid we can't help because that would br a breach of the forum rules.

BTW. This is posted in the wrong forum because it's not a BSOD problem.

I never purchased it as a temporary trial software. It’s supposed to be lifetime.  But I appreciate the information.  Thanks

If you indeed paid for a lifetime license, you might try using an uninstaller program (we like Revo around here) to try uninstall any keys that are in the Windows registry.

Why don't you just call the publisher of the software and ask them? They will know their program better than anyone.
