You Tube Shorts title bar problem

My problem is on Youtube shorts.  I have the title bar at the bottom that is huge.  If I open incognito or use a different browser it goes away.   Its a setting problem in youtube but I have no idea what to do.

HI, if it changes when you use Incognito then it is a setting in your regular browser or a ad blocker or another extension.

Good advice.  I just reset my chrome browser settings and the youtube short problem went away. Thanks for the tip.
