run startup repair, use sfc /scannow in an administrator cmd,
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
reboot your pc then atempt to restore.
If that dont work
RENAME SYSTEM AND SOFTWARE REGISTRY
Type the following commands in the command prompt window and press Enter:
cd %windir%\system32\config
ren system system.001
ren software software.001
DISABLE AND ENABLE REAGENT
Type the following commands one by one in the command prompt window. Each one finished by pressing Enter key.
reagentc /disable
reagentc /enable
I ran these steps and it fixed so I was able to restore my windows 11.

As you have been a BC member for nearly two years, with nearly 60 posts, you likely know that this particular forum section is NOT designated for support.

If you need assistance with your Windows 11 computer, please start a new, separate topic in the Windows 11 Support section HERE.

Thanks for your understanding

P.S. Having said all that, the short answer to your question is YES, ABSOLUTELY.
