What graphics software are you using at the moment ?

There are a number of applications which contain this ability - Gimp (free), Adobe Photoshop (very not free, subscription), and Serif Affinity (purchase). Also there are a number of 'add-on' programs which will add this ability to other packages with varying degrees of success.
