Automatic install of Guest OS install for Opensuse

Has anyone experience the automatic install of guest Os for the guest Opensuse 15.4 without configuring it for "unattended guest OS install" ?

I installed on a host mx-linux and a guest Opensuse Leap without installing the OS guest and when I shut it down and restarted Virtualbox 7.0.6 it was running full screen as if the guest OS install was performed.
