Can't install ubuntu 22.04.1LTS on oracle vm. Getting Not inHypervisor partition

(HVP=0)   ERR_NEM_NOT_AVAILABLE.    AMD-V is disabled in the BIOS (or by the host OS)  (VERR_SVM_DISABLED)   Result Code: E_FAIL    (0X80004005

If on windows run this

Download and install Speccy - https://filehippo.com/download_speccy/

Run it, and then go to File and Publish Snapshot. Post the resulting link in your next reply

The solution is likely going to be a bit technical. The error message indicates the BIOS setting that enables VMs to run is disabled.

 

To resolve that, follow these steps:
