I see that all discussions here are about Oracle VirtualBox and VMware but I don't see any discussion about game console emulators like ePSXe, PCSX2, RPCS3, YuZu, Ryujinx and etc.

An emulator is in fact a virtual machine and a ROM is in fact a VM program, isn't it?
