Samsung note 5 Pin lock with no screen display

My screen is black and phone does not respond to reset. I can hear the screen touch is working and it is responding. I set up a pin lock. So I cannot connect the device to my pc as it needs the pin code then the usb will connect. Any suggestions. ...or even a picture of the first page asking for the pin input...that way I can guess the layout location of the input. I know my pin....just cannot see where to touch the screen

Seems others have had a issue.

If the screen does not work, you are not going to be able to enter a pin or do anything.6

The touch screen does work  - so if I could only know where to enter the pin I could unlock it and so see the data etc on a pc....

You will not without needing a working screen.

The phone merely needs the pin. I dont need to see it as the phone data will then be visible on the PC
