Hi, Welcome to BC.
RAR encryption does not contain backdoors, so the only possible way to recover a lost password is to test all possible character combinations (Brute Force). There are many password-cracking tools available online, but none of these are supported by WinRAR, and they are used at your own risk.
Remember that if you lose your password, you will be unable to retrieve the encrypted files; not even the WinRAR author is able to extract encrypted files that have been password protected.

Suggest keep going at it. (I have forgotten many myself)
There are crackers but they possibly will contain malware or you will see something like 5yrs remaining left...... Is not a good choice.

As far as I know, further discussion of methods to bypass the password security would be prohibited, according to the forum rules:

Thank you for your understanding

From the forum rules -
No subject matter will be allowed whose purpose is to defeat existing copyright or security measures. If a user persists and/or the activity is obviously illegal the moderators reserve the right to remove such content and/or ban the user. This would also mean encouraging the use or continued use of pirated software is not permitted, and subject to the same consequences.
A problem here is that we have no idea whether or not this file is in fact yours. PKS has given what general advice we can.
