If you are having trouble logging into BleepingComputer then you can try the following suggestions before contacting us:
If you have tried these suggestions and still cannot login, please contact us for further help.
- When you register an account you have to provide a Login Name and a Display Name. The Display Name is what will be shown when you use the forums and the Login Name is what you need to use when you login to the site. Therefore, please make sure you are logging in with the Login Name and not your Display Name.
- Make sure you are accepting cookies from BleepingComputer.com. If you are not accepting cookies from the site you will be able to login, but once you switch to another page you will be logged out again.
- Make sure you are using the password you entered when you registered your account. The validation code that is sent to you via email after you register is not your password.
