Once it happens it happens then carries forward the issue and it will never go back to where it was before. No reason it just does. Can not answer that or all the others that came before asking the same thing. --- happens !

On a unrelated note, about my motherboard in the ASUS website I couldn't find the memory QVL for ryzen 5000 series, there's one for the 5000 g series but not the 5000 series, does that mean almost every memory is compatible or the 5000 g and non g series are the same thing?

Ah well, I'm looking to upgrade my PC soon, I'll get a new RAM and see if that will solve the problem.

"I tried using XMP/DOCP to raise the RAM speed but it's not compatible with the motherboard, now it's running at auto (2133 mhz)
Which was addressed in my reply #11;
Ryzen CPUs are notorious for not liking slow RAM and you not being able to enable XMP due to having the wrong spec of RAM is causing a bottleneck.
Had you had the correct speed of RAM you could have just enabled XMP and be done with it and because you can`t do that you have a bottleneck.
Anything faster than 2666MHz needs to have XMP enabled and that goes way past what your CPU can handle so the speed of the RAM is not an issue for the MB.
Try gradually increasing the RAM up to 3200MT/s and the same with the voltage, start at 1.2V and once you get to say 2666MT/s increase the voltage to 1.25V and see how that goes.
